Refund policy:
- New members can request a cancellation of their membership and refund of their dues within 30 days of their purchase.
- Refunds for costs associated with our Annual Meeting will be granted based on the policies of the venue. We cannot guarantee refunds for cancelations made close the meeting date. If there is a waiting list, the Treasurer will assist in the transfer of the purchase.
- There are no refunds for educational sessions, unless LAMPHHS cancels the event. A recording of the session will be provided to all registered participants.
To request a refund, please contact the LAMPHHS Treasurer. Please include the date of your purchase and the email address associated with your account. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
