(Librarians, Archivists, and Museum Professionals in the History of the Health Sciences)
ALHHS
In 1976, the Association of Librarians in the History of the Health Sciences counted 29 members. In 1992 the organization expanded to become Archivists and Librarians in the History of the Health Sciences.
MeMa
The Medical Museums Association was created to promote long-term contacts among individuals, institutions, and organizations involved in collecting historical artifacts and objects of interest to the health sciences.
